Dorothy Tucker is a Principal of Ted Willey & Associates and serves as the organization's Chief Operating Officer. As a senior business executive she
directs the operations of the company, actively supports its strategic vision, and drives the planning and implementation of its daily business operations.
As a seasoned executive she is also responsible for identifying, establishing, and maintaining client and business partner relationships.
As Chief Operating Officer, Dorothy is in charge of the company operations, project management, and coordination of client deliverables, customer service, marketing operations, and oversight of the organization's financial and accounting functions. She plays a strategic operational role with particular attention to service-oriented customer support; recommendations to improve policies and processes, and short and long-term business strategies.
Dorothy is responsible for the development and management of operation systems to ensure the proper infrastructure, policies, processes and controls are in place to effectively and efficiently lead the organization in support of its mission and strategic objectives.
Dorothy is a graduate of Ouachita University.
