    Ann E. Block - Senior Consultant

    Ann Block is a Human Capital Management consultant and business advisor experienced in driving high-impact human talent systems to organizations. As a Senior Consultant with Ted Willey & Associates, Ann is an accomplished Human Resources strategist with a broad business operations background, strong change management skills and extensive experience leading organizational change initiatives. Her extensive business experience enables her to translate complex business strategies into sound business practices that achieve significant results.

    Ann has been instrumental in developing/implementing programs targeted to advance core business objectives while maximizing employee performance; has a proven track record of creating innovative solutions in tumultuous situations, and has demonstrated the ability of keeping a workforce engaged during a business crisis. She has demonstrated success in large and mid-size corporate organizations as well as in entrepreneurial environments.

    As the Senior Vice President of People for Frontier Airlines, Ann was responsible for the human resources functions and all corporate communications (internal communications and media relations). Under Ann's leadership, the human resources organization became a respected business partner within the organization championing and implementing multiple cultural change initiatives. In addition, Ann led a major operational unit (In flight Services) during her career at Frontier Airlines.

    Ann Block is a founding member for the Colorado Business Group on Health and a charter board member of the Rocky Mountain Human Resource Planning Society. She has served on numerous professional and nonprofit community boards as well. Ann received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Southern California.
